1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and betmet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the betmet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the betmet platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. betmet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to betmet is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You do not hold an existing betmet account that has been suspended or closed by betmet for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of betmet or its affiliated suppliers.

betmet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of betmet, including placing bets and making deposits, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your correct full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your betmet account. You must choose a strong password and must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betmet immediately by contacting [email protected]. betmet will not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of a third party using your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold one betmet account only. If betmet identifies that a user holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances — including winnings accumulated during the period of duplicate account operation — may be forfeited. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

betmet supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select domestic bank transfer options. Supported methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal in your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betmet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the betmet platform and are subject to change at betmet's discretion.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betmet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected. betmet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed standard transaction thresholds. All amounts are transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2 Currency

The official currency of the betmet platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent this currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betmet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for the matters they address.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• betmet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or misuse.
• Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., specific live casino tables or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on betmet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — casino, sports betting, crash games, or live dealer. betmet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted, or where a clear technical error resulted in odds or payouts being displayed incorrectly.

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets are offered subject to market availability. In-play bets are accepted up to the cut-off time displayed alongside each market. betmet reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time without notice. Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your betmet account balance upon official confirmation of the result by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, FIFA).

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games on betmet — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are operated by licensed live-dealer providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and minimum/maximum bet limits are available within each game interface.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games, including Rise of Apollo and Aviator, operate on provably fair mechanics. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and is verifiable. Failure to cash out before the crash event results in the full loss of the stake for that round. betmet is not liable for missed cash-out opportunities resulting from user internet connectivity issues or device failure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betmet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, interact with games, or access account features without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches to generate winnings or extract funds in a manner not intended by betmet.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen financial instruments to fund a betmet account.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to access the betmet platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Impersonating any other person, including another betmet user or a betmet employee.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any betmet content without prior written authorisation from betmet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betmet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses resulting from third-party actions, technical failures, or force majeure events.

betmet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events beyond betmet's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. betmet will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where reasonably possible.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

betmet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. betmet implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to betmet's operational jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the betmet platform, betmet encourages users to first attempt resolution by contacting our support team at [email protected]. betmet will endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

13. Amendments to These Terms

betmet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betmet will provide notice to registered users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notification on the platform. Your continued use of betmet following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
